Fishing in Donegal
Donegal Bay, in the North-west of Ireland, is renowned for the variety of fish species and different
fishing methods available to suit the beginner or the experienced sea-angler.
The experience is even more spectacular being surrounded by breath-taking scenery,
such as the cliffs of Slieve League.
Conservation
At Smithy's Mini Charters, we operate a "Catch and Release"
policy, whereby all fish caught by our anglers that are not required
for the table are returned safely to the sea, perhaps to fight again
another day.
